Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the European Raw Materials Procurement team to drive operational excellence and rigorous procurement processes. Based in Barcelona, you’ll back innovation projects for EU brands, assist category managers with system management, and lead the Botanicals u0026amp; Ingredients category. You’ll operate between daily purchasing tasks and strategic category initiatives, shaping sourcing for iconic spirits. The position offers growth into sourcing or category management within a dynamic, international context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support EU-led raw materials innovation projects (including liquids scope)
• Assist Raw Materials Category Managers with day-to-day activities (vendor onboarding, SAP management, PO accuracy, price maintenance, GR accuracy)
• Lead Category Management for Botanicals u0026 Ingredients (data u0026 reporting)
• Ensure accurate pricing/data maintenance and issue resolution in SAP and other systems
• Contribute to dashboards and data analysis using Excel, SAP and BI tools
• Be a key user of SAP, PowerBI, Taulia, CoMas, ScanMarket with a process mindset
• Drive category strategy definition, alignment and implementation with stakeholders
• Maintain category intelligence via internal/external collaboration
• Lead regional tender preparations, analyses and recommendations
• Accountable for standard definitions,



budgeting and PPV accuracy
• Build commodity coverage alignment leveraging CRC processes
• Define and drive a sustainability roadmap aligned with Bacardi targets
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance and finalize supplier contracts
• Maintain relationships with multiple European sites to implement category strategy
• Serve as SPOC for Meyrin production team

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years+ experience in procurement or supply chain
• Experience in Fu0026B, FMCG or related sectors preferred
• Proven track record delivering procurement objectives (tenders, projects, strategies)
• Experience supporting innovation and sustainability initiatives
• Fluency in English and Italian required; French and/or Spanish beneficial
• Strong understanding of procurement principles
• Meticulous, well-organized with high attention to detail
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and systems
• Agile, proactive, self-starter; able to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent collaboration skills in matrixed organizations
• Experience using SAP, Excel, BI is a plus
