Experteer Overview In this role you will act as a key finance partner for operational leaders across Europe, guiding financial planning, performance tracking and strategic decisions. You will combine operational controlling with financial analysis to support a fast-paced, international business. You’ll drive monthly closes, budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to optimize costs in Sales, Production and Transport. - Manage monthly close, budgeting and forecasting for your scope
- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards and management presentations
- Monitor operating expenses and headcount costs across Sales Production activities
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights for decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting
- Perform cost and variance analyses for Transport (Southern Europe)
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and propose improvements




- Support budget and forecast updates across multiple entities
- Challenge assumptions and highlight financial risks/opportunities
- Collaborate with Finance and operational stakeholders across EuropeResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Control or Audit
- Strong knowledge of closing, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment
