Experteer Overview In this role you partner with strategic customers to translate AI and process intelligence goals into tangible Celonis-driven solutions. You’ll prototype, demonstrate value to executives, and guide adoption to realize ROI at scale. You join a Integral Value Engineering Center of Excellence and collaborate with top tech partners to embed Celonis PI into customer AI strategies. This position blends hands-on prototyping, business impact storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration across the Nordics and beyond. - Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field
- Excellent academic performance
- 1–2 years of internship or full-time experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology
- Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning)
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset with value delivery focus
- Confident presentations to diverse audiences
- Proactive, curious, and fast-learning mindset
- Strong organization and deadline management
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish)
