We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for short term luxury rentals to work in the greater Marbella area.

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of the Marbella area and rental market.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work on own initiative.

- Speak English and Spanish with other languages being advantageous.

- Must have a legal driving license and own car.

- Have a professional appearance and persona.

Responsibilities

- Have experience of managing a luxury rental portfolio preferably in the Marbella area.

- Experienced in dealing with rental enquiries in a professional manner.

- Experienced in Identifying and listing new properties.

- Maintain an excellent relationship with property owners and tenants.

- Prepare and negotiate rental contracts.

- Prepare reports on rental activities.

Office Based: Marbella

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: 1,500.net per month to start with commissions
