- Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, IT Security, etc.) to craft winning responses
- Lead internal alignment calls to confirm needs, scope, differentiators, and timelines




- Draft response deliverables and manage workflows; perform quality checks for accuracy, clarity, and complianceResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- International business experience with ability to support general operations across time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word with advanced Styles and formatting
