This is a fantastic opportunity to create market-leading flavour solutions for international clients.Key Responsibilities:• Flavour Development: Design and develop innovative sweet, or beverage flavours across a wide range of applications including sweet and confectionery.• Customization: Tailor flavour profiles for client-specific requirements, incorporating regional preferences, market trends, and regulatory needs.• Innovation: Explore and integrate new ingredients and technologies to drive innovation in the flavour space.• Project Management: Manage the full flavour development process — from concept through to commercialisation — ensuring delivery on time and within budget.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, marketing, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development.• Customer Interaction: Directly engage with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and provide technical support.• Regulatory Compliance:
