Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, managing inquiries related to transportation, logistics, and scheduling.
Provide world-class support to ensure seamless travel and freight experiences for all transportation service users.
Resolve complex issues regarding bookings, route adjustments,



and service disruptions with a solution-oriented mindset.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our specialized transportation management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and maintain the highest standards in the transportation industry.
Contribute to the positive reputation of the brand by delivering exceptional, empathetic, and professional communication.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the transportation or travel sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
