We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Danish Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience within the retail e-commerce environment.
Manage complex order inquiries, returns, and delivery tracking with a focus on high customer satisfaction.




Collaborate with internal retail departments to resolve issues related to payment, inventory, and online account management.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Zalando product catalog to provide informed and professional fashion-forward guidance to customers.
Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence by delivering empathetic and efficient communication via phone, email, and live chat.
Continuously monitor retail industry trends to anticipate and resolve potential customer concerns before they arise.
Contribute to team goals by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resolution time and quality metrics.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
Professional proficiency in English for internal training and company-wide communication.
Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work within the European Union.
Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce customer-facing role is highly preferred.
