We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team for a Danish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Ensure all customer interactions adhere to the high-level service standards expected in the Customer Support Services industry.
Document, track, and resolve customer inquiries with precision and a professional tone.




Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient resolution of complex support requests.
Contribute to the positive reputation of the brand by delivering a personalized and empathetic support experience.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and support protocols.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts to ensure a seamless service experience.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) for seamless relocation to our offices.
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and patience.
A proactive attitude towards learning new software tools and support systems.
Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
