As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – Acquisition & Investment to lead strategic site acquisitions and secure land for future hyperscale data center developments.This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of real estate, investment, commercial negotiations, and data center development, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver development-ready sites.What you'll be doingLead the end-to-end acquisition process for land and existing properties suitable for data center developmentSource and evaluate potential sites through brokers, landowners, industrial parks, and strategic networksDrive commercial negotiations, due diligence, LOIs, contracts, and transaction executionPartner closely with legal, finance, technical and development teams throughout the acquisition lifecycleBuild strong relationships with landowners, brokers,
