THE ROLE

Shape and evolve the ALOHAS sneaker category. Working closely with the Head of Design, merchandising team, Head of Product and the CEO, you will turn seasonal concepts and briefs into distinctive, on-brand sneaker designs — owning the process from concept through development.

- Lead sneaker design from brief to final product, developing proportions, construction, materials and colourways true to ALOHAS DNA

- Drive development and sampling with Product Development, suppliers and factories, solving fit and construction issues along the way

- Produce tech packs and technical drawings, giving clear direction to Product Development and suppliers

- Research sneaker culture, materials and trends, translating them through an ALOHAS lens

- Manage multiple projects independently across Design, Product Development, Merchandising and Sourcing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





- 5+ years in sneaker/footwear design, with a portfolio proving creative and technical range

- Experienced taking your own designs through full development and sampling

- Deep knowledge of sneaker construction, materials, lasts and manufacturing

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and technical sketching; open to 3D/AI tools

- Strong fashion sensibility, proactive mindset, and clear communication skills

- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

- Freelance-based role, working closely with our Barcelona team remotely, with flexibility to join the team at HQ when needed for key meetings, presentations and development milestones.
