German-speaking Account Executive

Remote within Spain | Full-time |
Doofinder is looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join its sales team and focus on the German market.

What you'll do
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions.
Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
Handle account handover to the Customer Experience team.
Make approximately 80100 calls per day.
Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and MRR generated.

30,000 gross/year base salary + uncapped variable commissions
22 days of annual leave

Requirements
Native or bilingual German
Native or bilingual English
16 years of commercial experience, such as BDR, SDR, call center or outbound sales
Comfortable with cold calling
Strong KPI and target-oriented mindset
Must be based in Spain
Availability aligned with the US time zone
