With a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions across various industries, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and are proud to be recognized for our commitment to excellence and innovation.Position: Telecommunications OSS Engineer (Traffica / OSIX / Mediation Zone)Location: Madrid, SpainKey Responsibilities- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Traffica and OSIX (Polystar) monitoring systems.- Operation and troubleshooting of Mediation Zone components delivering traffic from OSIX to Telefónica platforms.- Management and optimization of Kafka pipelines and DeVo (Telefónica Big Data ecosystem).- Monitoring and analysis of telecom protocols: SIP, Diameter, Radius, GTPv1, GTPv2.- Support for mobile and fixed network environments, including NGN and IMS.- System administration tasks on Linux RedHat 8+ and Windows Server 2019+.- Development and automation using Java,
