In this HSE leadership role, you drive Occupational Safety, Health u0026amp; Environment performance across APS manufacturing sites. You will align HSE objectives with the broader safety culture and business goals, coaching teams and verifying systems improvements.

You lead risk assessments, audits, and site leader onboarding to strengthen safety across diverse regions. You will roll out global tools and best practices, delivering measurable safety gains and awareness. Your work supports a sustainable, inclusive operation that protects people and communities while enabling business success.

- Develop and implement APS-specific Occupational Safety standards and revisions
- Coordinate annual HSE objectives with a focus on continuous safety, health, and environment improvements
- Utilize general applications like Intelex and Barrier Failure Analysis to drive processes
- Lead regional HSE Manager meetings to share best practices
- Drive awareness campaigns to educate on APS site hazards




- Participate in internal self-assessments and OE audits to identify risks and opportunities
- Manage the 90-day new APS site leader HSE assessment process and periodic site appraisals

Responsabilidades

- Site HSE management experience in the (petro) chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE processes and regional differences across APS locations
- Effective communication skills at all organization levels
- Ability to lead through influence and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in incident investigation and auditing processes
- 10–15 years in HSE coordination/management in chemical industry; batch process unit experience preferred
