- Identify, evaluate, and nurture partner-sourced opportunities and manage the collaboration lifecycle
- Strengthen relationships with prospective partners and align on mutual goals across departments
- Develop partner strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives
- Engage C-suite and VP-level executives, present tailored solutions, and negotiate agreements
- Guide partners through decision-making with consultative insights and solutions
- Collaborate with SDRs,



Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership to align efforts
- Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track progress and revenue
- Support Italian market expansion by identifying opportunities and positioning Factorial as the go-to HR software

Responsabilidades

- Proficient in Italian and professional English
- 2–3 years of sales experience as an Account Executive
- Negotiation and deal-closing expertise with demonstrated demos
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation
- Strong active listening, presentation, and strategic messaging skills
- Data-driven, with forecasting, pipeline management, and objective-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, self-motivated
