In this role you will drive growth by developing and nurturing partnerships in the Italian market. You will work with the Partners team to create strategies that maximize lead generation and business opportunities, while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.

You will travel to strengthen relationships, support partners, and uncover opportunities for scalable impact. This is a growth-centric, collaborative position at a fast-moving SaaS company shaping the future of business management.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead generation and business opportunities through strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Support partners with guidance to maximize performance and generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate activities across the Partner Sales team to ensure cross-team alignment
- Travel approximately two weeks per month to strengthen relationships and develop opportunities




- Proactively identify challenges and propose practical improvements for collaboration and partner performance
- Independently manage partner relationships and opportunities, creating new initiatives for growth

Responsabilidades

- Native Italian speaker with at least B2 level English
- Previous experience in Sales or Consulting
- Strong technological skills and passion for digital innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage relationships and opportunities end-to-end
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process and performance improvement
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
- Willingness to travel ~2 weeks per month
