We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking
Manufacturing Services Manager
to join our Tenerife factory and become a member of our Leadership Team.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end manufacturing services function, ensuring that demand, materials, inventory, production plans, and customer requirements come together seamlessly.



You will be at the heart of our operation, connecting people, systems, and processes to deliver outstanding performance every day.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing services ecosystem operates as one integrated system, covering
- Production and capacity planning
- Material requirements planning and procurement
- Inventory management and logistics
- Customer service
- New product launches and portfolio changes
- Strategic and annual business planning

Your mission is clear
ensure the right products are produced at the right time, with the right materials, at the right cost, while continuously driving improvements and eliminating losses.
- Lead and continuously improve manufacturing services processes to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted supply.
