About the Company Our client is a fast-growing sales-tech SaaS startup based in Barcelona, giving sales teams "superpowers" through their platform.
The company is on a strong growth trajectory: 75 FTEs currently, having grown by +30 employees in the last 5 months.
They are now scaling internationally and hiring SDRs across three markets: Germany, UK, and Italy.
Your Mission As an SDR, youll be part of a fast-growing team driving new business through outbound and inbound prospecting for your assigned market.
This is a high-energy, cold-calling-heavy role with a clear, proven path to promotion — every AE at the company started as an SDR internally, sometimes progressing in under 6 months, fully performance-based.
Your Responsibilities




* Proactive cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified demos in your market
* Managing and growing a healthy inbound pipeline (2–5 leads/day)
* Hitting ramp-up targets (0-1-3-5 new clients/month)
* Collaborating closely with your markets hiring manager and the broader sales team
* Being fully productive and hitting targets within 1–2 weeks of onboarding Your Profile Were hiring across three language markets — please apply for the market matching your native language: DACH Native-level German 35,000–40,000€ Base Salary ~70,000–80,000€.
