Experteer Overview As a Manager in BCG Vantage within the Technology and Digital Advantage practice, you guide data, digital, AI, and platform transformations for clients, shaping robust product and asset strategies. You collaborate with global teams to deliver insights, drive commercialization of digital tools, and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll bridge business needs with tech execution, steering roadmaps and vendor strategies across geographies. This role offers the chance to influence enterprise AI-enabled capabilities at scale and shape the go-to-market of leading assets. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality analysis and expert guidance for data, digital, and AI transformations. • Advise senior client and internal stakeholders on defining and executing robust data and digital platform strategies and architectures. • Drive development of digital assets and tools (AI-enabled) and contribute to commercialization, go-to-market, and asset development. • Define and manage roadmaps for topic-specific products and tools, ensuring differentiation and commercial relevance. • Bridge business requirements and technical implementation by working with engineering in an agile environment. • Line manage junior colleagues, including goal setting,



feedback, and career development support. • Manage a portfolio of projects and products aligned with business priorities and commercial impact. • Support case teams and topic leaders in structuring and solving complex challenges. • Oversee internal and external marketing and commercialization activities for products and tools. Responsabilidades • 3+ years of consulting experience in Data and Digital Platform topics and/or AI/digital product development (preferred); or 4+ years of industry experience (required for non-consultants); 6–10+ years strongly preferred. • Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred) • Expertise in data/digital platform strategy, architecture, enterprise AI/GenAI, agentic platform enablement, cloud/infrastructure modernization, and technology vendor/sourcing strategy. • Experience with AI/GenAI in a product or business context. • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and collaborate with engineering/data teams. • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools. • Fluent in English; other languages beneficial depending on location.
