Experteer Overview
In this role you help design and operate the virtualization and cloud infrastructure that powers Nexthink’s endpoint solutions. You’ll build and refine VDI and cloud desktop environments, automate provisioning, and support cross-functional teams in validating platform coverage. You’ll work across on‑prem and cloud with a focus on scalability, reliability, and rapid integration of new technologies. This is a hands-on, cross‑functional role with a meaningful impact on product readiness and end‑user experience.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and evolve virtualization environments across major VDI and cloud desktop platforms
• Automate infrastructure end-to-end (infrastructure as code, provisioning and image pipelines) for on-demand desktops
• Maintain operations across public cloud and on-prem networks, identity, and monitoring
• Evaluate and integrate emerging endpoint technologies from PoC to supported platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering,



and partners to expand platform coverage
• Serve as a go-to expert on how virtualization platforms behave

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional cloud infrastructure experience
• Hands-on with at least one major VDI/EUC platform (Citrix CVAD, Horizon, Microsoft AVD/Windows 365, or Amazon WorkSpaces)
• Strong Windows Server and hybrid identity (Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Bias toward automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell)
• Willingness to learn additional VDI platforms, brokers, or gateways
• Experience with hypervisor admin (vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix) and golden image lifecycle
