A integral medical device company is hiring an Office & Administrative Assistant for its Barcelona office. You'll work side-by-side with the Office Manager, keeping the day-to-day admin, logistics, and employee processes tight the kind of role where nothing falls through the cracks because you won't let it.

What You'll Own

- General office administration filing, records, contracts, documentation
- Travel coordination for meetings and visitors (flights, hotels, logistics)
- ISO-related documentation support (no technical expertise needed, just organisation)
- Invoice filing and admin support for the Finance team
- Company vehicle fleet administration
- Onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and monthly HR updates




- New starter setup IT equipment, tools, training coordination
- Day-to-day office logistics suppliers, meeting rooms, visitor management

What You Bring

- Strong organisational and administrative background
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
- Fluent Spanish, plus working proficiency in English or French
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office tools
- A genuine team player with good instincts around confidentiality
