Staffing Operations Specialist

with a strong background in the Spanish

ETT (Empresa de Trabajo Temporal)

sector. This is a highly operational role focused on workforce administration, labour compliance, payroll coordination, and client service delivery. It is not a recruitment, talent acquisition, HRBP, or EOR position. What You’ll Do

Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation and post-RDL 32/2021 regulations Coordinate payroll inputs, timesheets, contract changes, terminations, and settlements Manage PRL requirements before assignment start,



including risk assessments and training controls Work with Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, CASIA and other labour administration platforms Support audits, labour inspections, and compliance reviews Ensure seamless payroll-to-invoicing operations across multiple clients What We’re Looking For
