Client Advisor

(30 hours Part-Time)

to join in

Store Las Rozas Village. The successful candidate will become part of the sales team, helping to deliver and ensure a high-quality customer experience in line with the brand’s values and aesthetic. Specifically, they will be responsible for the following tasks:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a personalised service and an excellent shopping experience; Building and maintaining customer relationships through clienteling and storytelling; Presenting the collections,



highlighting the products and their craftsmanship; Supporting visual merchandising activities in accordance with company guidelines; Managing till operations and sales procedures; Contributing to maintaining the store’s quality standards; Actively collaborating with the team and the Store Manager;

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience as a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in the fashion, luxury or premium sector; Strong customer focus and retail orientation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work as part of a team; A passion for fashion and an eye for style; Excellent and fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus).
