This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting large-scale digital initiatives that directly impact customer experience across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will coordinate strategic programs related to Quality Assurance (QA), Website Readiness, Digital Merchandising, and customer-facing digital launches, partnering with Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.
As a Project / Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project milestones, identify risks, and help drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

Project & Program Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
Define timelines, milestones, and project dependencies.
Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Testing Coordination
Coordinate large-scale testing activities involving multiple teams and testers.
Monitor testing progress and defect resolution activities.
Website Readiness & Digital Merchandising
Support the preparation and launch of customer-facing digital experiences.
