Multinational company in the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare/review financial statements, analyze large data sets, create budgets & forecasts, and present findings to leadership. Operations Management:

Oversee daily ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow, and month/year-end close processes. Compliance & Controls:

Ensure adherence to PGC, manage tax filings, coordinate audits, and develop strong internal controls. Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and providing feedback. Strategic Support:

Provide financial insights, analyze trends, and help make informed business decisions to optimize performance. Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles (PGC/IFRS). Proficiency with accounting software (I.e. Ms Dynamics) Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in financial management or auditing, and team leadership. Seniority level
