The Regional Service Representative for Modular Data Center delivers professional on‑site services for Schneider Electric including commissioning, on‑site technical diagnostics, and resolution of customer issues. The role primarily supports complex and critical projects, providing advanced support with hands‑on expertise for Low‑voltage products Masterpact circuit breakers, NSX compact devices, ATS, Power & Quality meters, Low‑voltage protection relays (Micrologic), UPS Galaxy, Cooling products (InRow, Dx/InRoom, Dx/Chillers) and Medium voltage switchboards.



Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire Modular Data Center ranges Evaluate units and system's installation & operational conditions Be able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/ software issue / operation condition issue Root cause Analysis) Work with another Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during site interventions Document test results and produce site work reports Train Schneider Electric customers on basic operations of the equipment.
