In this role, you will guide participants through the world of theatre, blending foundational theoretical concepts with dynamic practical exercises. Working directly in Palma, you will play an essential part in fostering creativity, communication skills, and personal expression within an educational setting.

Your primary day-to-day responsibilities will center on designing structured learning experiences and mentoring your group:

- Plan, structure, and conduct regular theatre and drama sessions.
- Teach both theoretical foundations and practical acting techniques.
- Monitor participant progress, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous development.
- Create an engaging, supportive, and organized learning environment during all scheduled classes.

To be successful in this position,



you should bring enthusiasm for dramatic arts education and the ability to organize structured group sessions:

- Experience or proven knowledge in teaching theatre and dramatic arts.
- Strong organizational skills to plan courses and monitor the development of participants.
- Clear communication abilities and a supportive teaching approach.
- Reliable availability to deliver on-site classes in Palma during the specified afternoon hours.

This position offers a temporary contract within the private education and humanities sector in Palma. The schedule comprises 5 hours per week, taking place in the afternoon between 16:00 and 18:00. Compensation is established directly with the company in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for non-formal education and training (convenio colectivo de enseñanza y formación no reglada).
