Do you love customer service and enjoy being at the heart of a busy, people-focused environment? We are looking for a Receptionist in Madrid to join our team and help us create an exceptional experience for our students, residents, and guests.
As the face of the residence, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of reception: welcoming residents and visitors, handling queries and complaints, supporting check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with other departments, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for students, residents, and guests, delivering a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience at all times.
