As Senior Electrical Engineer at AECOM Spain Building Services Engineering, you lead technically and mentor mid-level staff on diverse projects across healthcare, education, aviation, and more. You will design power and lighting solutions, make design decisions, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive delivery. You’ll manage design planning, schedules, and client communications, driving quality and proposals. This role offers the chance to shape critical infrastructure projects and work with a integral team delivering a better world.

• Deliver electrical power and lighting designs across projects of varying scale
• Make major design decisions with limited supervision
• Plan design work, estimate costs, and assign tasks to junior staff
• Coordinate design and schedules with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other teams

• Attend project meetings or delegate activities as needed
• Engage with clients, prepare proposals and presentations, and maintain relations

Responsabilidades
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience in team management/coordination
• Strong knowledge of international standards (NFPA, BS, IEC)
• Proficiency in electrical calculation software (CANECO, ETAP)
• Experience in MV/LV electrical xqbhyrx installations for varied buildings and infrastructures
• Exposure to CCTV, fire detection, security, and access control systems is valued
• Data center electrical design and calculations experience; MV/LV distribution and redundancy
• Uptime Institute certification/training is a strong asset
