This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist for the German Market for a leading integral supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and optimizing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service or support is desirable.
- Telephone excellence and communication skills.

Languages: English C1 + German C2

Location: remote within Spain.

Schedule: 39 hours/week from 9:00 to 18:00
