Legal Counsel

Advise on M&A; transactions, including negotiation of transaction documentation (SPAs, Shareholders agreements, etc.). Provide general legal support for corporate areas (real estate, IT, financials). Assist in corporate governance for the listed parent company, including management of decision‑making bodies.
