In this role you own the financial narrative and cost governance for the Customer Refunds u0026amp; Compensations (Ru0026amp;C) function globally, driving measurable value through cost efficiency and cross-functional alignment. You will design and track FPu0026amp;A processes, build scalable financial dashboards, and lead high-impact cost-saving initiatives. Your work connects operational metrics to financial outcomes, supporting senior leadership with performance storytelling and governance. This is an opportunity to shape global cost strategy within a fast-growing marketplace platform.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own global Ru0026C financial KPIs and performance reporting against plans
• Lead the creation and revision of Ru0026C BP, reforecasts, and BE revisions
• Challenge regional teams on cost deviations and drive actionable plans




• Steer the Monthly Finance Review and ensure clear, accountable reporting
• Lead cross-functional cost-optimization projects and champion structural fixes
• Develop and maintain UX-friendly financial performance tools and dashboards
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 5+ years in Finance, FPu0026A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations
• Ability to link operational metrics to xqbhyrx financial impact and produce robust planning
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Structured problem-solving, analytical, data-driven approach
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and performance storytelling
• High ownership mindset with bias for measurable impact
• G Suite (Sheets, Presentations) or Excel; ability to build dashboards
