What are we looking for? We are looking for a

Senior Python Engineer

with at least

6 years of experience

developing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving projects from requirements gathering to successful delivery.

⚙ Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Python. Manage and optimize Oracle databases and data-related processes. Implement and monitor batch processing solutions using Control-M. Develop and maintain messaging solutions based on Apache Kafka. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive solution design, planning, and delivery of technology projects. Coordinate project activities and ensure successful execution of deliverables. Provide technical leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in architecture discussions and technology decision-making processes.

Mandatory Requirements: Senior-level experience in

Python

development ( 6+ years ). Strong experience in

Database Management . Advanced knowledge of

Oracle Database

( 5-6+ years ). Experience with

Control-M

and batch processing environments.



Hands-on experience with

Apache Kafka

and messaging systems. Experience managing and coordinating technology projects. Strong background in: Requirements gathering Solution definition Delivery tracking and coordination Business stakeholder management Proven leadership skills and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have: Knowledge of

BPM platforms , preferably

Appian . Experience working with

APIs . Knowledge of

Spring Boot . Experience integrating enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions.
