As a Principal Business Analyst at Roche, you provide enterprise-wide consulting, using systems thinking to navigate complex environments. You act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping long-term roadmaps and recommending technology solutions for sustainable transformation. You work autonomously across ambiguous spaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
