In this role you own the financial performance and growth strategy for Glovo On-Demand, partnering with Product u0026amp; Tech to build scalable fintech features. You will manage Pu0026amp;L, design scalable O2C processes, and drive efficiency across revenue and costs. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders to shape pricing, commercial guidelines, and contract negotiations. The position offers high visibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to impact a fast‑growing fintech-enabled vertical.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and steer end-to-end On-Demand Pu0026L across revenue and cost levers
• Model scenarios and evaluate expansion opportunities with cost-reduction initiatives
• Design and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash workflows with cross-functional teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build fintech features and automate financial workflows




• Collaborate on dynamic pricing strategies and commercial guidelines; support complex contracts
• Lead and coach two Finance Analysts, setting goals and developing talent
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting, or CFO-track roles in fast-paced tech or marketplace environments
• Proven Pu0026L ownership, unit economics, and cost/growth strategies
• Strong problem-solving with data-driven, hypothesis-led approaches
• Executive presence xqbhyrx and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Background in O2C, invoicing systems, and finance operations
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying to extract insights
• People management experience with junior analysts or cross-functional teammates
• Experience in B2B pricing and commercial contracting
• Interest in process automation and AI applications to streamline tasks
