In this role you drive the full migration of our on-premise and legacy customers to the cloud, aligning commercial and technical transitions. You will lead a global program, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SaaS migrations while managing business value and risk. You’ll steer capacity planning, governance, and performance reporting to ensure on-time, within-budget migrations that support flexible packaging and pricing. This is a hands-on, impact-driven leadership position in a fast-evolving cloud transformation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio and translate strategy into executable plans
• Lead cross-functional Migration Execution Office coordinating Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product
• Orchestrate end-to-end migration activities ensuring proper dependency management and handovers
• Maintain aligned execution with strategic objectives, capacity and financial targets
• Establish standardized methodologies, playbooks,



templates and governance for migration
• Define and monitor migration KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for transparency
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, driving corrective actions across the organization
• Oversee on-premise and cloud migrations from qualification to post-go-live optimization
• Provide executive recommendations on resource allocation and execution scalability
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of migration processes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Information xqbhyrx Technology, Business or related field
• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transitions or similar programs
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations
