Are you passionate about tourism and enjoy interacting with visitors from around the world? A company operating in the recreational and leisure sector is currently looking for dedicated ticket sales and customer support staff for tourist bus services in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will be stationed in the vibrant capital of Mallorca, assisting international travelers and helping them discover the best sightseeing experiences across the city.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Selling tickets for the sightseeing tourist bus and various combination packages offered to visitors.
- Providing clear, friendly, and accurate information regarding bus routes, schedules, stops, and points of interest in Palma.
- Welcoming tourists, answering inquiries, and advising them on the best options for their visit.
- Handling daily sales transactions and customer service duties with care and attention.

To be successful in this position,



you should bring the following qualifications:
- Essential language skills in both English and German to communicate smoothly with international visitors.
- Previous experience in customer service, ticket sales, or tourism is valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a helpful mindset, and a proactive attitude.
- A customer-oriented approach and reliability during daily operations.

What this position offers you:
- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) offering long-term stability.
- Full-time schedule with shifts from 09:00 to 17:00 or from 09:30 to 17:30.
