In this role you lead the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (I2C) collections and dispute management for key accounts in Madrid, partnering with Sales, Service and Finance to optimize cash flow and protect revenue. You drive customer experience improvements and ensure compliance while guiding process enhancements and stakeholder governance. You will act as a senior SME on complex disputes and contribute to strategic decisions with executive-ready insights. This position sits within DePuy Synthes’ Global Services Finance and supports the broader Ju0026amp;J mission in healthcare innovation.

• Own collections and open receivables for complex, high-value accounts with proactive engagement and dispute resolution
• Influence payment behavior to optimize cash flow, reduce DSO, and mitigate credit risk
• Lead collection KPI performance against SLAs and drive corrective actions
• Forecast AR, perform trend and root-cause analyses to enable proactive portfolio management
• Oversee Sales Order Releasing within defined authority and escalate risks as needed
• Manage end-to-end dispute lifecycle for high-risk or high-revenue accounts and post financials




• Act as Senior SME for complex disputes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
• Manage non-disputed credits, revenue adjustments, and reconciliation with timely resolution
• Lead customer-facing negotiations to resolve disputes and protect revenue
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging technology and maintain audit readiness
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue, and Finance to drive end-to-end I2C effectiveness
• Provide analysis, executive-ready reporting, and support high-impact projects
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required; preferably in accounting, finance, or related xqbhyrx field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in end-to-end I2C, with strong expertise in collections and dispute management
• Fluent in English; SAP knowledge and ERP familiarity
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to engage difficult customers and internal stakeholders
• Analytical capability for evidence-based decision making and foundational analyses
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership and supporting change management
