As Engineering Manager, you lead hardware, software and service delivery, removing impediments and creating efficiencies. You will develop your team’s capabilities and support their career growth while ensuring focused execution aligned with the function’s vision. The role centers on building robust IT service management data, CMDB governance, and automated ticketing to sustain enterprise-wide products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers to translate business contexts into reliable dependencies and impact analyses. This is a chance to shape operational models and drive a data-driven transformation within a global healthcare technology environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead a team of data modelers and support architecture specialists; set the department roadmap and capacity planning
• Act as the CMDB data quality authority and establish data modeling guidelines




• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Teams to translate contexts into operational structures
• Coordinate with Observability and SRE teams to standardize knowledge across tools
• Define performance metrics, monitoring, health checks, and automated validation for dependencies and routing logic
• Standardize playbooks, intake frameworks, and self-service guidelines for IT Service Management interfaces
• Define and adopt AI-driven rulesets to identify gaps and automate corrective actions in the CMDB
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years xqbhyrx in IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB design, enterprise data modeling, or IT operations
• 2+ years in a team leadership or technical coordination role
• Deep knowledge of ITSM/CMDB structures (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
• Experience with service mapping, automated routing, and CI dependency modeling
• ITIL framework certification is a strong plus
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data accountability
