Requirements
Updated idóneo profile: 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting)
Native or bilingual English, Fluent Dutch
Residence in Spain mandatory
Availability aligned with US schedule
Not prioritized: pure CX/Support/Customer Success profiles without commercial experience, career chasers transitioning into sales, or very senior profiles.
Relocation Details Candidate must already reside in Spain (mandatory), including those assigned to international markets (e.g., German market).
Training is required that lasts approx. 4 weeks / first month fully on-site in Madrid. Afterwards approx. once a month on-site (travel and associated expenses covered).

Full sales-cycle role. Volume: ~80-100 calls/day.
Hybrid 50% (available after reaching at least 70% of target).
