As Strategy Analyst for the German Market, you will help scale Factorial's Strategic Partnerships by designing impactful, AI-informed initiatives. You will work within the Partnerships team to drive growth and create scalable processes that support data-driven decisions. You will develop GTM ideas for the partner motion and manage reporting to leadership to surface opportunities. You will build and maintain tracking systems to monitor performance and identify new strategic partnerships beyond Italy. This role combines analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a growth mindset in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• 2-3 years in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup, or VC
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decisions
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience a plus
• Fluent in English and German; French/Italian/Spanish a plus
