Experteer Overview As an Electrical Engineer in railway traction power, you will contribute to the design and integration of traction power systems and substations to deliver reliable railway infrastructure. You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team to develop designs, run electrical studies, and ensure safety and quality aligned with standards. You will lead design activities, defend proposals to clients, and integrate design processes within System Engineering and System Assurance. This role offers impact at scale on critical public infrastructure and invites leadership in engineering delivery. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Contribute to design development, risk assessment,



and value engineering for traction power systems and substations across project stages • Develop electrical studies and participate in TPS simulations for sizing and siting of equipment • Space proofing and cable routing design for TPS installations • Produce technical reports, specifications, and coordinate BIM/CAD outputs, BoQ, and documentation • Ensure adherence to good design practices and applicable standards (CENELEC, ANSI, IEEE) • Maintain technical and safety standards to ensure successful project delivery and reliability • Define interfaces and participate in coordination/design team meetings • Integrate design processes into the System Engineering and System Assurance (SESA) framework • Attend design reviews and present justifications to clients or reviewers Responsabilidades • Electrical engineer with minimum 7 years’ experience in railway traction power • English fluency for project communication • ETAP Software proficiency Requisitos principales • medical, dental, vision
