About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for native or fluent Peruvian Spanish speakers to contribute to a customer experience testing project focused on evaluating conversational AI agents.

You'll participate in real-time phone conversations and interaction testing, following realistic scenarios and providing feedback on how effectively the AI handles conversations. No specialized domain expertise is required — your native Peruvian Spanish language ability and generalist perspective are what matter.

Responsibilities

- Participate in inbound and outbound phone calls with conversational AI agents.
- Follow provided prompts, scenarios, and interaction guidelines.
- Evaluate the AI agent's responses, conversation flow, and overall user experience.
- Identify unnatural, unclear, or inappropriate responses during conversations.
- Provide concise and accurate feedback on AI performance.
- Assess whether conversations feel natural and appropriate for Peruvian Spanish speakers.
- Maintain clear communication and consistent evaluation throughout testing sessions.
- Complete assigned testing activities within the required project timeline.

Required Qualifications

- Native or fluent proficiency in Peruvian Spanish.




- Ability to communicate naturally and clearly in spoken Spanish.
- Access to a phone and ability to make clear, high-quality phone calls.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to follow simple prompts and detailed testing instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable availability to start immediately.
- No prior AI or technical experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Peruvian Spanish accents, vocabulary, expressions, and conversational patterns.
- Previous experience in customer experience, call testing, language evaluation, transcription, or conversational research.
- Experience evaluating chatbots, voice assistants, or conversational AI is a plus.
- Ability to clearly explain issues and provide actionable feedback.

Compensation

- $8/hour.
- Hourly contract engagement.
- Remote opportunity.
- Project duration: approximately 1–2 weeks.
- Daily commitment: 1–3 hours per day.
- Immediate start availability required.
