Sandoz is seeking a Senior Manager Executive Rewards to lead governance, analytics, and reporting for Board and Executive compensation. You will drive data integrity for disclosures, coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, and Legal, and manage compensation processes across EC and the Board.
In this role you will ensure IFRS compliance, prepare reports for AGM and shareholder platforms, and support the integral rewards governance framework.
