Responsibilities

- Preparing and executing traditional Indian specialty recipes with precision and consistency
- Managing daily food preparation and kitchen station organization
- Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Working closely with the kitchen team during both lunch and dinner services

Requirements

- A minimum of 12 months of verifiable cooking experience in a professional kitchen




- Practical knowledge and interest in Indian culinary traditions and cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively during split service shifts
- Reliability, cleanliness, and a strong sense of teamwork

What the position offers

- Full-time interim employment contract with a duration of 8 months
- Planned start date on September 15, 2026
- Work schedule in split shifts from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00
- Gross monthly salary of €2,264.15 with extra payments included
- Workplace located in Son Servera, Mallorca
