Windows USA is actively hiring highly motivated and energetic Appointment Agents on weekend shift who have a passion for people. To carry out this role, the Appointment Agent candidate needs exemplary interpersonal skills to pitch our program, overcome objections, and close deals. They will need to be available the later days of the week and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Initiate communications with a consumer base awaiting estimates on our window and door products.
- Coordinate appointment times with the consumers based on geographies and availability of representative schedules in the respective areas throughout the country.
- Appointment Agents must be organized and able to multitask while handling multiple calls.
- Clearly communicate (talk fast, shift quick) with the perseverance to continuously make phone calls while collaborating in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

Experience: Sales and Marketing or Call Center Experience, 1 year preferred
