L3 Support Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)
to join a challenging international project with strong professional development opportunities. As an
L3 Support Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical business applications, with a strong focus on
Kafka-based event-driven architectures, PL/SQL troubleshooting, and complex production support activities .
You are the ideal candidate if you have…
✅ At least
3 years of experience
in L3 Application Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Software Engineering within high-availability environments. ✅ Strong experience troubleshooting backend applications using
Java and Spring Boot . ✅
Strong hands-on experience with Kafka , including event handling, topic analysis, message tracing, and troubleshooting distributed event-driven systems. ✅
Advanced PL/SQL and SQL knowledge , with proven experience analyzing complex queries, troubleshooting data issues, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases. ✅ Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, including
REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka-based solutions . ✅ Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes
and Linux environments. ✅ Experience participating in on-call support rotations for business-critical applications. ✅ Fluent English to work in an international environment.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Act as the L3 escalation point for critical production incidents, driving resolution through log analysis, telemetry, code debugging, and
Kafka event tracing . Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents involving
microservices, Kafka event streams, databases, and integrations . Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed microservices and
Kafka-driven event-processing platforms . Analyze and resolve complex database issues using
SQL and PL/SQL , ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and operational stability. Participate in release management activities, operational readiness reviews, and deployment processes within Kubernetes environments.

React
to support end-to-end issue analysis. ✔ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ✔ Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural teams. ✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
