We just moved to Barcelona from the United States. Our daughter understands Spanish and speaks it a bit (she's still gaining confidence.) We probably want to settle on something like 3 days per week on sitting with occasional times where 5 days per week are necessary when one parent is out of town. There will almost always be at least one parent home working during the evenings when sitting is needed, but occasionally we would like to have evenings to ourselves so you would be home with her. We have two large dogs and a cat, so you must be comfortable with animals. Being able to cook meals is a huge plus.
