Experteer Overview In this role you help scale Factorial's Partnerships by developing strategic initiatives, building scalable processes, and driving data-informed decisions. You will support the Partner team to grow the business across markets and design AI-enabled GTM actions. You’ll own partner reporting, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement robust tracking to monitor impact. This is a growth-focused role at a fast-moving, collaborative SaaS company expanding internationally.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop AI-driven ideas and execute GTM actions for partners
- Own management reporting on partner performance and suggest initiatives
- Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for implementation
- Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor business and enable data-driven decisions

- 2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting,



Investment Banking, Startup, or VC
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent from Tier-1 business school
- Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
- Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
