You own full-funnel campaigns, content, and promotions, aligning with commercial priorities to maximize ROI. As a senior contributor with regional scope, you set the standard for Amazon marketing performance and spearhead optimization across channels. - Own end-to-end demand generation and marketing performance for Amazon Europe with growth, profitability, and ROI accountability
- Drive full-funnel performance across traffic, conversion, and retention with budget allocation across advertising, promotions, and channels
- Define and lead full-funnel advertising strategy (Sponsored Ads, DSP, external traffic) and manage agencies
- Own promotions and commercial activation, including annual promotional plans aligned with priorities




- Elevate content and conversion through roadmaps for product content, A/B testing, localization, and scalability
- Ensure cross-functional marketing execution and strong ownership across agencies and Amazon partners
- Continuously improve performance using data, AI tools, and insights to drive decisions and scalability
- Define, scale, and evolve frameworks and best practices across countries and categories as an internal benchmarkResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-8+ years in e-commerce, retail media, or performance marketing with 3+ years end-to-end Amazon (1P) marketing ownership
- Track record of revenue growth, ROI, and profitability impact
- Deep expertise in Amazon ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, promotions, content, Vendor Central) and use of AI tools
- Experience steering agencies and delivering end-to-end performance
- Strong analytical mindset with data-to-decision capabilities (Excel, BI tools)
